The St Paul’s Close project involved a complete renovation of a one-bedroom apartment, transforming it into a modern, functional living space. Completed in 2024, this renovation included updating walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as installing new electrical systems, switches, and a central heating system. The bathroom was redesigned from a traditional bath to a sleek walk-in shower with sliding doors, featuring tiles in a bold, client-chosen yellow hue. The kitchen was fully replaced with high-quality fittings, and engineered flooring was laid throughout the apartment for a seamless, stylish finish.

One of the standout features of this project was the creative use of space in the hallway. Instead of leaving it as wasted area, we transformed it into a functional office with built-in storage for coats. This innovative solution maximised the apartment’s potential, impressing the landlord and adding significant value to the property. The result is a beautifully renovated apartment that combines practicality with modern design, showcasing Lacrosse’s ability to deliver smart, space-saving solutions.
